1.) For those who have never met you before, what should they expect coming to one of your streams? How did you get into gaming and how has what you played shaped how you create content now?
I’m a Call of Duty girl, so you’ll mainly see that on my stream but I do dabble in other games here and there like Marvel Rivals, Ark, Dress to Impress, R.E.P.O, etc. I started out gaming when I was about 11 years old when Black Ops 1 came out. Playing video games, especially Call of Duty has definitely played a part in creating my content because it brought people from all around the world to my streams and videos, therefore meeting some amazing people!
2.) What advice would you give women in the esports space? What are some things, when looking back, you wish you could’ve done differently or built upon?
My advice to women in the esports space is.. NEVER let anybody talk down on you or push you out of this space. You’ll hear a LOT of discouraging words the moment someone finds out you’re a woman because sadly, a lot of people feel as though we aren’t meant to play video games and we should be in the kitchen. That is NOT true and never let them make you feel that way. If you love what you do, nothing else matters.
3.) What are you most proud of accomplishing in esports? How did you overcome obstacles along the way?
Joining organizations specifically for esports and helping coach on esports teams when needed is definitely my biggest accomplishment. No matter what life threw at me, I kept pushing because I knew I loved what I was doing and wanted to continue.
4.) Who are some of the people who have influenced who you’ve become in gaming? How do you balance what you’ve seen work and ensuring some of yourself comes through with it?
Most definitely my family, boyfriend and best friends. They have always supported me and cheered me on, no matter what I decided to do in gaming.
I am always myself, no matter what day, time or type of stream it is, I am ALWAYS genuinely me. Yes, my community and platform is for gaming but I want my community to love watching ME, not just love watching the game I’m playing.
5.) You’re someone who is involved in a lot of events and people look up to. What is your favorite event to do and what event are you most looking forward to coming up?
Gaming wise, my favorite event is most definitely DreamHack which is coming up the weekend of my birthday!!
Life wise, I’m looking forward to the “Out of The Darkness” suicide walk. As many of my friends and family members have taken their life, I feel like it is a good way to honor them. To anybody that needs to hear it: Life isn’t easy, but I promise you’re loved and wanted on this earth.
